"Deja vu !!"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

(as the patient),

I did post my previous unpleasant experience some months ago and as a result received exceptional assistance.

I now find myself on a merry-go-round regarding lack of communication regarding clinic appointments etc

I have been told that the consultant that I was put under the care of and was scheduled to see this month is on parental leave.

No indication as to whenever outstanding correspondence regarding my case is likely to be addressed.

Feeling very let down again NHS.
