"I discharged myself from ward J92"

I had a very poor experience, had to ask, on a number of occasions, when I might expect to receive my time-bound broad spectrum intravenous antobiotics - last daily one due at 10:00 received at 23:45. Lots of noise in the room due to sharing with people with very severe, and complex medical conditions needing around the clock care - meaning no sleep, was offered sleeping tablet by staff when advised that I wanted to discharge myself from hospital... could go on but won’t - just a bad experience when feeling quite poorly myself - ward staff very pleasant but obvioulsy stressed due to workload.
