What I liked

I want to record my appreciation of the efforts made by a member of staff in the Booking Centre, who went out of her way to resolve the confusion regarding appointments that I had been left in by other administrators working for a consultancy team. She was always positive, and refused to give up on me until she had resolved the problem - even though this took several days and quite a few calls. She is a real asset to the hospital team

Your comments will be passed on to the booking centre where we hope the staff member will be recognised. It is always encouraging for staff to have positive feedback and is a boost to morale.
