Last week I attended FVRH, in Larbert, for a biopsy. In the Ambulatory Care Unit I was promptly called by Kirsty who introduced herself & her colleague, Helen. After confirming my identity, personal details, the purpose of my visit & the site of the problem, the procedure was explained to me. Both put me at my ease & no discomfort was experienced during the procedure. I was advised on caring for the wound, what to do should there be any problems & given leaflets explaining this in writing.
Both ladies were caring & professional throughout my brief stay and I only have the highest praise for them. I did thank them at the time, but please let them know of my appreciation and of the contents of this small letter. Thank you, once again, Kirsty & Helen.
