"Amazing Treatment"

I have been under the care of Urology for a number of years, I have been under the care of three different consultants to date

The first being a lovely, informative Doctor who listened and genuinely wanted to help with my symptoms.

More recently I began to see a different consultant who had no time or manners and told me I make my own luck in life. He proceeded to tell me there was no further help to be given.

I then saw a different consultant who again was happy in his job and this was reflected in his conversation and what could be done to help me.

Recently,

I have seen the SNS Nurse who is a brilliant at her job and makes you feel relaxed in her company

I have also stayed in the East Block Day Ward for a procedure and the consultant and his team are truly wonderful. The care I received was second to none and I could not of expected or wanted any different

From the Nurses to the Theatre staff - Everyone was effective in communication and care
