I went in to get my ears syringed due to a wax blockage on the 7/6/2018. I was very nervous about this because I am autistic and don't like new experiences.
The nurse performing the treatment was really helpful at explaining everything that was going to happen to me after I told her I was autistic and catered to my needs really well without being patronising at all.
The trainee nurse was also very attentive and respectful of my boundaries.
I am 100% satisfied with the service at windmill, keep up the good work. :-)
