Anything else?

My Father attended the Peninsula Treatment Centre for a hip replacement, and I should like to make the following comments about his treatment-

the staff made every effort to calm his (and the rest of the families) nerves

the centre was easy to find, the parking was completely 'hasstle-free'

the building was exceptionally clean and welcoming

the surgical staff and nursing staff were completely professional, experienced and caring

the food for the patients after the operation was very good

the cafe for the families was full of good food and reasonably priced- the service and coffee was great!

Father's after care was clear and easy to understand- no more pain

recovery was very well monitored, the physios were outstanding!

All in all- what could have been a very traumatic procedure was expertly handled by all the staff and I take my hat off to them all, thankyou!

I should also like management to be aware of staff member at the front desk, who was a star! They explained the processes and made sure that we used the hand sanitisers! My final thanks go to the security staff for looking after my Mother and I during the weekend visits- another credit to the Peninsula Treatment Centre.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service. (I do not usually write reviews but well done all!)
