We are disappointed to hear about your experience of the varying attitude of staff. The Trust is constantly reviewing customer service training to ensure staff are properly trained in customer relations. We would encourage you to provide us with further information so we can investigate your concerns. If you would like to discuss this with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service please do not hesitate to contact them on 020 3447 3042 ( Office opening hours Monday - Friday am - Pam and 24 hr answering machine)
