After been drinking for 25 years, so things got worse. At the end I did need some help and could not do it on my own, so I went to Inclusion for help. They were really good and supportive. They listen and they did get me to get detox treatment which did helps me to stop drinking. The next step is getting some treatment for rehab which I am going for in the future, to build on new life without drinking.
