"Disappointed in GP practice"

I find this hard to write as i have been at tinto practice for many  The changes i have seen are not for the better. Firstly the way in which an appointment is made. I used to admire the way the practice was run You phoned up made an appointment which you always got very quickly. Now you phone up get put in a pool and doctor calls back decides if they need to see you and then they make appointment. This to me is unacceptable as mob phones are not allowed in most work places. So how can we be there to receive any calls? Pointless.  ...... You might say if the person is at work then they dont require an appointment  they can get diagnosed  over the phone  Hardly a good way to do things. You dont know how a person feels or looks over the phone .Ive always said that you should see a person face to face then you decide as a Doctor how you can help . At the moment i have called the surgery about the same condition 4 times and only now have i been offered an appointment. Come on Tinto you are better than that .I was picking up a  prescription  and a woman in the waiting room  was complainig about exactly the same thing she said Tinto used to be the best but now  she was even considering going to another practice There must be more people like this who  but just dont take the time to write .Its the only way to get things changed in my opinion I am so disappointed with the service given by tinto at the moment  giving out pills over the phone.You and i know that this is not a good level of care as so many things can be missed from a phone call . Im sorry this is a negative note but i feel really strongly about it
