(as a service user),

After a few occasions in A & E recently (my partner and I have been a little accident prone of late with minor injuries including a sprained ankle, a hammered thumb and a bite from an escapee ferret! ! ). I feel compelled to comment on the excellent service that has been provided by the A & E department at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin. We have been seen quickly and efficiently and also in a caring manner. Thank you.

It certainly seems like you have been a little accident prone resulting in visits to A&E, I hope you are managing to stay safe now.

There are pressures on the A&E department at all times day and night however it prides itself on providing an excellent service to the people of Moray and I'm delighted that you were able to experience this.


Your story will certainly boost the staff in the department, I will share with the team so they are aware of your kind comment.
