"A very good experience"

I went to Barnet Hospital today for some diagnostic tests. Every staff member I spoke to, from the receptionists, nurses, radiographers, radiologist and consultant, were all polite, respectful and helpful.

You always feel a bit vulnerable in these situations but I felt comforted and secure.

There was a long delay in the department so I had to wait an extra hour but as I was able to have all my tests done at the same time, and get the results immediately, it wasn't really a problem.

Thanks to all your staff for their efforts - it really makes a difference.
