About: WestMARC (Lanarkshire) / Adult Wheelchair Clinic

(as a service user),

I phoned Glasgow to get the tray on my wheelchair fixed over a month ago, but they told me that they no longer made the tray for my wheelchair. I didn't know what to do, then someone told me to contact Donald at WestMARC in Motherwell to see if he could help. I would recommend Donald to everyone. I was in and out in less than five minutes and he fixed my tray - now I can use my wheelchair properly again! Donald was so pleasant and helpful I'd like everyone to know about him! Thank you Donald!

I am delighted to have read of the service you have received in our Motherwell location and specifically by Donald. The Motherwell location has been open over a year now and people in the Lanarkshire area are reporting that it is convenient and accessible. We have updated our internet pages and we have also added information to the Lanarkshire pages to ensure that people know what we do and how to access us if and when you need us.

I will make sure I pass your feedback to all the team in Motherwell and make sure that Donald gets to see his special mention.
