I felt nervous about the procedure and was immediately reassured by the friendly nursing staff who prepared me and answered any questions I had.

Equally when undergoing the procedure I appreciated the nurses there who were friendly and again informative. This all helped to make an unpleasant experience as good as it could be.

Equally I was most impressed by Dr Balata who again explained the process and carried it out expertly.

I simply want to thank the whole team for their efforts. Much appreciated.
