On Monday October 4, 2011, my husband and I went to A&E
His neck and face were swollen and he had fever. The Doctor who saw him told to my husband he had an infection in the face and he needed to take Co-Amoxiclav tablets.
The next day, on Tuesday, October 5th he felt very bad so we decided visit our GP, to our surprise, they diagnosed him with Mumps and told my husband he didn’t have an infection and the antibiotic was not necessary.
We paid 7,30 pounds for the antibiotic which was not necessary. Also, how is it possible to have such a diffrent diagnosis?
