i hate to be That Guy but it is impossible to get an appointment, and actually getting through on the phone is just as hard, i understand that it’s goinng to be busy, it’s not a hugge surgery with a lot of patients but i’ve been trying to get my MRI scan results for a while now and it’s always just “call back at X o’clock”, and trying to fit appointments in around work means waiting 3 weeks+ for an appointment i need ideally as soon as possible

Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that you recently experienced a problem with our surgery. We do hope that in the interim that you have a secured an appointment to discuss your MRI results, if not we would be grateful if you could call back so we can do this for you. We have an online appointment booking service which offers the same appointments that are found on our system.
