Following a fall, I was concerned about my arm and shoulder.
X-Rays revealed a substantial dislocation and a minor fracture, which explained the discomfort I had endured during the previous two days.
A fantastic Doctor (I won't name him, yet he was magnificent) somehow managed to gradually manipulate the ball back into it's socket with minimal pain, surprising gentleness and constant reassurance.
He explained everything that was going to happen, explained the next steps should the procedure not work as intended, and simply kept on talking in a calm manner throughout the joint manipulation.
Every single member of staff I encountered made a strong impression on me - their dedication, professionalism, friendliness and efficiency went well above and beyond any call of duty.
I am very, very grateful, although I'm typing this with one hand and expect to be in a sling for a while yet.
Thank you.
"Wonderful, competent, friendly staff."
