"Superb staff"

About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My mother had a fall three weeks ago and had not made any recovery ...the pain was terrible, she wasn't eating and had more or less given up.

Immediately on arriving in a&e today, she received outstanding care by all the staff, was treated with respect and dignity, and made as comfortable as possible. The doctor was particularly caring and she diagnosed the main problems immediately.

I cannot praise the staff at this hospital enough... THANK YOU!

I am sorry to hear about your mothers fall and the impact this had on her. This must have been such an upsetting time for you and your family.

It will mean a lot to our teams to be able to hear about the influence they have on patients’ care.
