About: Royal Preston Hospital / Accident and emergency

I visited A&E at Preston today as per doctors orders. All the staff were absolutely brilliant. It was very busy however they were all happy and smiling and making jokes with me and genuinely just really nice people. This put me at great ease. Even though wait time was 4-5 hours , I was in seen by triage immediately, sat waited for doctor/physio 30 mins after, then sent down to ENT there after and sorted within 2 hours which was brilliant. Thankyou very much preston A&E and ENT extremely happy with your service and wonderful uplifting staff!
