What I liked
I was booked in for a colonoscopy and from arriving to leaving I was treated with respect, understanding and dignity. I had a very personal issue to explain to the nurse in the initial discussion of the procedure, to explain why I was so nervous. He was reassuring, completely supportive and was with me in the procedure room, where he constantly checked I was ok. The rest of the team were also very professional and the lady consultant was friendly and professional, very supportive and informed me every step of the way what she was doing. I am very grateful for the care and consideration I received and would like to say my nervousness was completely unfounded by the nature of these professional and caring people. In the hope that this will be shown to the appropriate department I would like to say thank you.
What could be improved
In my eyes absolutely nothing
"Caring, professional, respectful and with a kind..."
