"Best surgery I've been with"

I've never written a review before and this was encouraged by a visit a few weeks ago and a recent review I've seen on here . I have mental health problems . The majority of the time I am stable and live a normal life thanks to the support of the NHS and this surgery . Occasionally however I am in crisis . If either me or my kids need an appointment that day I have never been turned away ... So what if I have to wait to get a call from a GP to be "triaged" first before getting an appointment they are all kind and understanding and given me help the Same day . And the reception staff have all be amazing . They are clearly stretched . One receptionist in particular is a joy . She is always smiling and I feel like she actually likes to help people . She could give a customer service lesson to most of the patients ! She is a wonderful member of staff . I'm writing this because on a recent visit she was so badly verbally abused whilst trying to help a horrible man at the reception desk I was disgusted . But she handled it with dignity and respect and still tried to help . I don't know how she kept so calm !! I've seen it loads of time those ladies get grief on a daily basis and I just wanted to say that I think you are doing a great job
