About: Russells Hall Hospital / Rheumatology

Visited Rheumatology on 4th June, department is always clean & tidy, reception staff are friendly & welcoming, only problem I encountered was, as I use a wheelchair & the area is so narrow and so needs negotiating carefully. As a dept that deals with a lot of disabled people in porters chairs or like me with their own wheelchair it is very narrow.

Staff in Rheumatology, including my consultant are always friendly and very caring, you cannot fault them.

Thank you for your comments about the care and support you received by the staff in our Rheumatology department. It is always lovely to receive positive comments and they are a real boost for our staff who work so hard striving to provide the best possible care to our patients.
