I'm so frustrated with this hospital! I have spent the last 2 days on the phone after being discharged trying to find who I need to speak to! I keep being told "i'm not the right person, call xxx.". Call the next person to be told the same and get given a new number. When you call to find out what's happening people get aggressive on the phone.
I have Dr and Nurse contact details to back this up.
"no one wants to help!"
