What I liked
I had an ultrasound scan, and was slightly embarassed but the nurse was very good at putting me at ease, she listened to my concerns, she always behaved tactfully and made me feel like I was listened to. She was also helpful when I mentioned that I had changed my GP as she made sure the administrator changed my data once the scan was finished.
What could be improved
My GP still hasn't got the results and more than two weeks have passed. I don't know what might be the problem but I suppose data exchange shouldn't take this long.
