"Lengthy waits and appointments kept getting..."

We had to wait a long time for an initial appointment for my daughter, we have had several appointments over the last year but for our final appointment this has been cancelled several times and we have been told it now won’t be until September, that’s 6 months since the first appointment was given to us, it’s just unacceptable, apart from this our experience has been ok

I am sorry that you have had problems with our appointment systems.

This is something that we are trying hard to resolve.
