"limited slots slowed things down a little"

About: Inclusion Recovery St Neots

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Charlotte has been excellent as my case worker and with additional excellent services such as Accupuncture. A real assett to Inclusion St Neots. The 2 x sittings per week to get started with limited slots slowed things down a little, this is the main reason why i didnt tick the strongest 'agree' box. Purely organisational, not down to the people who have been excellent.

Hi

Thank you for your comments.

If you were looking to access a prescription as part of your treatment then we would need to see you twice to complete urine screens. We have a system which has massively improved the waiting times and now people can walk in to any of our sites and be assessed within a few days. I'm sorry this was an issue for you but I hope things are going well now. I agree the staff are excellent!!

Thanks

Paul
