What could be improved

Not much room for Wheelchairs in the corridors.

I am delighted that you received a high quality service as it is always encouraging for staff to know that their efforts are so much appreciated and I know they would wish to join me in thanking you for your kind comments.

With regards to wheelchairs I have forwarded your comment on to our Facilities Director.
