"Doctors average reception terrible"

I've been with this surgery a few years and by far worst I've ever been to. I remember a time I went suffering with mental health problems for a doctor to say I don't know much about mental health so will refer u here. Would be ok if I wasn't suffering whole time between (6 - 8 weeks) before I seen a prof. In January I suffered a serious bug that after returning from Egypt. The whole of January I can not remember I was boiling up holusanating . For god sake I fort I live in emmerdale. Was ill whole month n as I live alone my granny moved in with me for a month. At a point where my granny got seriously worried about me she rang docs and the reception stuff where rude to my 78 yr old grandmother. They told her that 'if u wna appointment ring back 2mra or u not getting one ok!' After my granny had been so insulted from surgery she rang advice from 111 service which immediately dispatched a ambulance and where I remained in hospital for 3 days. If my granny had listened to the rude receptionist I dno where I would be now
