"Cuts in this department are puting patients in..."

About: Royal Derby Hospital / Rheumatology

Seems athritus is not that important any more as the level of care i get is absolute shambles. to the help and care i got a few years ago the good consultants are all gone and replacements are inexperienced and dont seem to care ive been put on a medication that is not working and no one seems to care that im in pain and trying to see my consultant is near impossible ive rang the nurse advise line a few times and was told they would get me an emergency appointment 7 weeks later and a few calls later i finally have an appointment for over a month away allso all checks have decreced which is dangerous saying some of the medications can cause all sorts of problems and every time i need some tablets i used to get prescription sent to doctors the sent to me now it allways gose to boots at the hospital so i have to pay for parking travel 25 miles wait for 2hr for medication at boots ive asked before to get medication to be sent to my local boots but after a week it was still not there so i had to go get some other tablets from boots at derby and was told they did not have them in stock to send so i asked for the presciption to take to another boots all of the sudden they had some overall im getting sick an tired of being passed around and not listened to im trying to keep my job and it hard when i can hardly move and can not get any help and im sure there is a lot of pepole that feel like me
