(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to say how much help that Maureen the play specialist has done for our son.

He is 3 and had a liver transplant at 3weeks old. He had been struggling with various appointments and treatments etc and Maureen has worked wonders. She did role play in a few of the treatment rooms and other scenarios. He is now very calm and is happier to comply with the medical staff.

My husband and I are extremely happy with his progress.

Dear bravowk94

Thank you very much for your lovely feedback regarding your son's progress and the play specialist service.

Being so young with such a complex medical condition that requires a lot of hospital appointments, tests and no doubt admissions over his lifetime must be very difficult for him to understand but it is reassuring to know that with Maureen's help that he is able to cope better with these for his ongoing care.

I will ensure to pass on your kind words to Maureen personally
