What could be improved
We know you are proud of your new car park. Some of us still arrive on foot. There are a series of post mounted signs directing pedestrians to the main entrance. So far so good.
The problem is, as you suspect you are approaching the main entrance, what you now meet is a dead end, with a arge 'Lister Hospital Multi Storey Car Park' sign. This also happens to be the main entrance, which is what those following the pedestrian route signs are most likely to be looking for. (The main entrance is mentioned in rather smaller letters on a sign to the right.)
When I arrived for my appointment, I had to stop and think. When I came back later to pick up a prescription, the two people in front were so confused they came to a halt.
Please restore 'Main Entrance' to its deserved prominence on the sign over the automatic doors.
"Nice car park. daft sign"
