What I liked
I was admitted to Hammersmith hospital for open heart surgery in July and from the day I arrived until the day I was discharged I was treated with kindness and respect and observed other older patients treated with respect and dignity.
The outpatient services are also excellent.
My room was thoroughly cleaned every day.
The choice of food and the service was very good
What could be improved
Nothing
Anything else?
Thank you for all the staff making me feel so safe during my stay
