"Rolls Royce service from Stoma Care."

I had reason to contact Stoma Care at QA Hospital recently and received the very best of care. Nothing is too much trouble or considered insignificant.. After phoning with a problem I was invited to make a visit to see a Stoma Nurse. The nurse listened then examined the Stoma and could see a solution to the problem.

I was given advice on the dressings and how to apply them and told to phone again if the problem persisted. There is so little advice available for patients with a permenant Stoma and companies are always offering sample products without seeing the person.

I consider myself lucky to live in the Portsmouth area and to have such a good Stoma Care department. Thank you.
