"Fantastic Surgery"

I think I have been signed to this surgery for possibly two years, in that time after suffering for approx 20 years of pain and other symptoms I have been diagnosed (after GP referred me straight away) and after probably several trials I am now on the right medication to have more of a quality of life than I was ever used to. I also have a long term back condition which my GP also referred me straight away to a consultant and now I can walk properly without being in a lot of discomfort,

Basically, nothing is ever too much trouble, the GPS (although I only ever seen one, and don’t you come out with a smile on your face when you see him?) , the locums and reception staff are all wonderful.

I would like to thank you for everything you have done for me even if I am a pain in the neck sometimes :)
