On Thursday morning I had an appointment for my ears syphoning and I was stressed because the last time I had my ears syringed I had a seazure.(did not have them syringed at the hospital)On arrival at ENT I was met by kind friendly staff and even though I was 10mins early I was seen to almost at once. Two members of staff put me at ease and I found the whole experience stress free. Another member of staff made my new molds and she was equally calming and professional. Well done, another satisfied customer.
