"Hysterectomy on G5"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Gynaecology

I was admitted to G5 on the30/5/18, and was immediately put at ease by the nursing staff,

Anaesthesiologist and my Consultant

The care I received was first class and I was always treated with respect.

I was fetched clean warm water to freshen up with, and drugs were given on time too help with the pain, on my release the nursing staff made sure my drugs were ready and I understood how too administer an injection which we have never done.

For myself I found everyone was polite courteous and helpful.

Overall I couldn't have wished for better care right from being diagnosed, which for me could have been a traumatic experience.

Thank you so much for your lovely review which I will ensure is shared with the teams.

I am so pleased to read you felt the care and treatment you received was first class and you felt you were always treated with respect, that is just as it should be.

I hope you are on the road to recovery.
