I attended minor injuries this morning with a dressing that was excessively bleeding following surgery the day before. The staff were more than helpful and got me into a cubicle and on the bed within a matter of minutes. Staff acted quickly to stem the bleed trying all possible roots and were straight with me from the start. They were very honest and kind. Trainee staff were shown what was going on with my consent and the senior nurse who helped me even walked me back to the car to ensure I was ok. I was given water also.
They all went out of their way to ensure I was ok before I left site.
