"Ear problem resolved"

I had been suffering from a blocked/infected ear for four months.

I was referred here by my GP for a consultation.

I had a thorough check on my hearing with the audiologist first then the consultant looked at my ears.

He was able to remove debris from my infection using a suction machine, then checked all was okay using a camera in my nasal cavities.

He was really pleasant and explained everything he was doing and was very reassuring about my ear problem but the instant relief from my ear problem was, well a relief.

Lovely facilities, no parking difficulties.

Everyone who dealt with me was so pleasant, from reception to Consultant.
