"Recommendation & coordination"

At the beginning of the week I needed a recommendation for a Podiatrist quite urgently as I am on a certain medication where it affects my skin & nails. I already had an appointment to see a GP at Charter Medical Centre the following week for an ingrown toe nail but I couldn't wait that long as my other toe nails needed attention quickly & to be cut professionally.

I spoke to enquiries & described in more detail what the problem was & could they recommend someone. They said they'd get back to me & not long after that another lovely person called me back & we went through my whole situation. The person was extremely helpful & I was really most impressed & thankful by what I would call the 'personal' concern for my problem which she helped me work out.

I always manage to see a GP or nurse when I need one.
