I would like to say a massive thank you to BBO and SYHA/Crisis for literally saving my life and restoring my faith in people.

Liz was my first health and well being support work and she was amazing as she left her replacement was Alex. I said I did not want to see her at first as it takes long for me to trust people and had made a bond with Liz and this was very unfair of me as Alex is great.

I believe BBO is a life changing opportunity for people who need a bit of help and reassurance. Through BBO I also met Lydia who is a job coach and brilliant at what she does she has helped me be confident about my achievements and helped me believe in myself as I have very bad depression and self confidence in myself.

Thanks BBO.
