"Dangerously unorganised"

I'm not sure where to even start. I was on hold for two hours yesterday. I had filled out a consultation form a few days ago and still haven't heard back. Recently I ended up calling 111 to see an out of hours GP as that was more efficient than trying to get an appointment with Unity. I have depression and fibromyalgia, both of which are currently going untreated because of the lack of appointments. I am genuinely worried they're putting my health at risk. I have been trying to get a smear test since January, and have had absolutely no luck in getting an appointment. I love my GP but the practice is becoming a failure in it's duty of care to it's patients, it's almost at a dangerous level and I am looking elsewhere for treatment I desperately need.

Apologies for the delayed reply.

Thank you for having taken the time to provide us with feedback. Since you wrote, and after careful consideration of the collective feedback we received regarding the access system, we have changed our access system and we no longer make use of the Online Consultation.

Moreover, we are further improving our phone system: we are expanding the reception team and later this summer we are deploying a new phone system.
