"Son fell off scooter and broken wrist"

As title suggests son came cropper falling off scooter. Son was covered in cuts and grazes and in shock (we drove straight there). Receptionist was efficient and suggested pain relief for my son.

Nurse arrived within 5 mins to take him for pain relief and an initial triage of his injuries.

Within twenty minutes he had had an x-ray.20 mins later he'd had his x-rays assessed remotely from Derriford and notification of an assessment at Fracture Clinic the next morning.

Walked straight out of nurses office to be fitted with his temporary cast. Done and dusted in 2 hours.

Staff throughout were impeccable, personable and very adept at putting a frightened boys mind at ease. Fantastic service.
