"Visit to Dermatology Unit"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Visited the dermatology unit and once seated myself and the other patients  witnessed the receptionist speaking to their manager/ supervisor on the phone. Receptionist made the comment several times "i've not got bloody time for this", they were complaining about a colleague from the evening before who had not done a job that had been left for them to do.

I'm sorry to say but this conversation should not have taken place when there were patients wanting to be seen. The receptionist should have spoken to their manager / supervisor in private and away from patients and before this clinic started.
