Disgusted with a doctor who told me one of my issues was because i was overweight! i saw a specialist at another hospital and told them his comments and they were disgusted and said the two were totally unrelated!!! The Dr this was! shouldn't be in practice!!
if it wasn't for the arrival of another Dr i would of left this surgery ages ago!
put in a very important repeat prescription 10 days ago and still dont have it! despite physically going in and them scanning a copy of my surgery discharge notice and writing out a repeat.. 10 days later i have no medication and all i was simply told was 'book an appointment and you will get it quicker' so now i am having to leave work early to go to an appointment that i shouldn't have needed. So frustrated! Unless the manager calls me back before my appointment at 16:30pm this evening i will be making sure they know how frustrated i am in front of other customers!
