"Corneoplastic Unit Brilliant! They listen"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Ophthalmology

I have very bad Dry Eye Disease. This is the best hospital I have ever encountered for this. I even went to Moorefields and was treated like a cow, cueing, a number, in & out in 5 minutes. Beware: The clinics do run behind but I would rather wait and get a good service than be on time and get a bad service. The things that is most important is they listen! I don't feel rushed at all. The sis the best NHS service Ive had in the UK. Thank You

Dear Anonymous

Thank you for your posting and I am delighted to pass on your comments to the staff within the Corneoplastic Unit.

The staff within the unit strive to ensure that patients have a person centred experience to meet their needs, which we fully acknowledg may mean having to wait a little time to be seen. However as you have mentioned, the wait is always worth it.

Once again that you for taking the time to share your experience and we wish you all the very best.

Kind regards

Nicolle Ferguson, Patient Experience Manager
