"Doctors are deeply unimpressive"

About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

This is an awful second rate hospital. We were there late at night and there was not a doctor in sight. When we inisisted on seeing a doctor, a girl in her 20s appeared saying she didn’t have authority to make decisions. We then got a registrar who was deeply unimpressive - unable to explain the (negligent) care plan they had formed hours ago. All I can say is please don’t get ill in Bradford with this standard of care

Hello, thank you for sharing this, and I am really sorry to hear that you have had this experience, particularly when clearly there is serious illness involved.

Please could you contact us straight away so we can investigate this fully, and make sure you are reassured about the care being provided.

In the meantime please do feel free to ask to speak to the Matron for the area, who is best placed to act quickly on any concerns you have.
