"Very rude and unhelpful"

Went today for my daughter to have her feet checked by a podiatry and she was very rude and didn't have the time of day for us. When my fiance asked questions she snapped saying he kept questioning her and of course my fiancee replied by yes because she is my daughter. She was very unprofessional and I will be writing a complaint about this in more detail.
