I have not been to my surgery for a while until recently and what a pleasant surprise. I was greeted by a lovely smiling, polite receptionist, such an improvement on the last one I dealt with over four years ago who was throughly rude and one of the most unhelpful people I have ever met.
The doctor I saw treated me with respect and dignity, he also took the time to ensure that I understood the results of my abnormal blood test and what needed to be done to rectify them.
Keep up the good work all and thank you

I am so pleased that you are happy and I am really proud of the receptionists who are the first point of contact.
Thank you for the comments regarding the doctor.
We do try really hard to provide a good service and when somebody takes the time to say thank our day is so much better.
