"Uncommunicative and distant"

I felt uncomfortable from the first moment in the surgery with the doctor. She didn't seem to care and didn't appear to have read my notes. This was my first visit to the surgery since moving here and I felt unwelcome, and an inconvenience. There was so little communication I left feeling somewhat abandoned! I have a fairly complex medical history with which I need regular assistance. I sadly cannot return to my previous surgery as I am now out of catchment. I will ask to see the other doctor next time. Fingers crossed
