"Getting desperate"

I had an assessment on 2nd January and was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. I was sent away with information leaflets and told I would be contacted for an appointment to be prescribed medication and allocated a care coordinator who would arrange access to talking therapies etc. Still haven’t heard anything, keep calling and talking to receptionists who seem shocked that I still haven’t had another appointment and assure me they will send the Dr an urgent email. It’s been over 6 months since my GP referred me there needing quite urgent help somebody should at least be able to tell me what’s going on or when I might be seen...
